The Nurse Education Service is spreading through the NNE CCG. Practices are accessing the RNE and finding that by identifying vulnerable, mismatched, wrongly coded or missed patients on the patient list and, alongside the practice team, reviewing their care, the possible next steps and optimise the therapy that care is improving. By working with the team this increases their skills and confidence to carry out improved consultations. The RNE also helps with all the changes in guidelines, medicines and devices and works with teams across the CCG including Pharmacists to make sure those that want support, have access to it.
