3. PCN Care Co-ordinator (Care Homes) 

Working closely with Care Homes, General Practices and other services, you will provide coordination and administrative support to other members of the PCN.

6. Senior Primary Care Research Nurse 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Primary Care Research Nurse to lead and support the development, operation and delivery of clinical research and training across Mid Nottinghamshire.

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic administrator who shares our values and our passion for good quality patient focused care providing administration support to our community gynaecology service.

8. Occupational Therapist (Mental Health) 

As an Occupational Therapist with a mental health background, you will facilitate mainstream primary care services for adults with mental health and/or learning difficulties and/or cognitive problems by providing professional leadership, support and advice within the multi-disciplinary team across multiple Primary Care practices.

9. Occupational Therapist 

You will have the necessary experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team and across organisational boundaries to provide occupational therapy clinical assessments to patients living in care homes.

As an experienced, registered Dietician, you will be a key constituent of the Care Home MDT and will provide dietetic support to care home residents and training to staff.

11. Lead Clinical Psychologist in Pain Management

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join a highly motivated, community-based, multidisciplinary team providing a service to patients with persistent pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), and more recently Long Covid.
