1. Occupational Therapist (Mental Health)

As an Occupational Therapist with a mental health background, you will facilitate mainstream primary care services for adults with mental health and/or learning difficulties and/or cognitive problems by providing professional leadership, support and advice within the multi-disciplinary team across multiple Primary Care practices.

2. Pharmacy Technician

Patient safety is at the core of everything we do and we recognise the importance of the support provided by Pharmacy Technicians in improving best practice to maximise safe and cost effective prescribing.

3. Clinical Pharmacist

At PICS, we recognise the importance of the support provided by Clinical Pharmacists within PCNs. The Clinical Pharmacist will act within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of Pharmacists in General Practice.

4. Dietitian

As an experienced, registered Dietitian, you will be a key constituent of the Care Home MDT and will provide dietetic support to care home residents and training to staff.

5. Senior Administrator

You will work as a Senior Administrator in the Out of Hospital Service at PICS and support the team of Administrators.

6. Care Navigator

You will work closely with GPs, Community Services, PCN Team and Care Home Teams to provide coordination and administration to support the PCN proactively identify hospital admissions avoidance, gaps in care and residents in care homes who require personalised care and support place.

8. Specialist/Advanced Paramedic

You will have the clinical experience and expertise to work within the community autonomously providing a holistic approach for patients including assessment, management and treatment to deliver high quality patient care.

9. HR/Recruitment Assistant

You will support the recruitment and HR administration function from placing adverts, short-listing and interview administration to pre-employment checking and on-boarding of new staff.

You will be responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services and care to the practice population.

Care Coordinator and Administrator, Arnold and Calverton PCN

You will provide coordination and administrative support to the clinical teams and other members of the PCN. The purpose of this role is:

  • To coordinate and manage the requirements of the Impact and Investment Fund (IFF).
  • To provide additional administrative responsibilities as deemed necessary for the PCN and will include administrative support to the Clinical Director.
  • To work within the PCN Team and provide coordination, administrative support to the Clinical teams and other members of the PCN.
